How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple secure payment options:

💳 PayPal - Pay with your PayPal account or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

🏦 Internet Banking - Direct bank transfer (account details provided at checkout)

All payments are processed securely. We never store your card details.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal?

No! When you select PayPal at checkout, you can choose to pay as a guest with your credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account. Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account, you can log in and pay from your PayPal balance or linked cards.

How does bank transfer payment work?

When you select Internet Banking at checkout, we'll provide our bank account details. Complete the transfer through your online banking, and we'll process your order once payment is confirmed. Please include your order number in the reference field.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $6.00

Rural delivery (5-7 business days): $8.00

PO Box delivery: $5.00

Free shipping on orders over $50!

Which courier do you use?

We use PassTheParcel for standard and rural deliveries, and NZ Post for PO Box deliveries. Both are reliable services with nationwide coverage.

Do you deliver to rural addresses?

Yes! We deliver to rural addresses throughout New Zealand. Please note that rural delivery is limited to 5 items per order due to courier restrictions. For larger rural orders, please contact us to arrange alternative delivery options.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Registered users can also track orders from their dashboard.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, rural delivery takes 5-7 business days, and PO Box delivery takes 2-4 business days. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days.

Products & Quality

What condition are your DVDs and CDs in?

All our discs are carefully inspected and in excellent playing condition. We only sell quality products that meet our standards.

Are your DVDs region-free?

Most of our DVDs are Region 4 (Australia/New Zealand) or region-free. Product listings include region information where applicable.

What are the age ratings?

We follow New Zealand's film classification system: G (General), PG (Parental Guidance), M (Mature), R13, R15, R16, and R18. Age ratings are clearly displayed on each product.

Do you sell Blu-ray?

Yes, we stock both DVDs and Blu-ray discs. Browse our collection to find your preferred format.

Can I request specific titles?

While we can't guarantee we can source specific titles, feel free to contact us with requests. We're always looking to expand our collection based on customer interest.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Discs must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

What if my disc is damaged or doesn't work?

We thoroughly check all discs before shipping, but if you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. We'll cover return shipping for defective products.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Account & Privacy

Is my information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. We never store credit card details on our servers - all payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

Do you share my information?

No. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely for processing orders and improving your shopping experience.

How do I update my account details?
